I cannot recommend Tyrone and RES-PRO Restoration Services highly enough! We had been dealing with a frustrating moisture and mould issue in our property, and for quite some time, the source of the problem had been a complete mystery. After struggling to figure out where the moisture was coming from, Tyrone came out and was able to identify the cause quickly and confidently. An outstanding experience from beginning to end. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Res-Pro Restoration Services I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Res-Pro Restoration Services, and especially Tyrone Dias. From my very first interaction with Tyrone, the level of service was exceptional. I reached out over the weekend regarding a water leak in my home, and Res-Pro was the first company to respond. Tyrone immediately asked me to send pictures of the affected area, and just from reviewing the photos, he was already able to give me an idea of where he believed the water might be coming from. He then scheduled a free evaluation to come out and investigate further. When Tyrone arrived, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. What impressed me most was how quickly he was able to diagnose the problem. Within literally a couple of minutes of examining the wall with his thermal imaging equipment, he identified the area where the moisture was originating. He then went into my attic, and within approximately five minutes, he located the actual source of the leak. But he didn't stop there. Tyrone went onto my roof to investigate further and took detailed pictures and videos showing what he found. After returning to his office, he followed up by sending me two detailed reports. One documented my original concern, his inspection, and his findings, while the second included photographs of the affected wall along with corresponding thermal images, temperature readings, and additional details from the inspection. That level of documentation and follow-through was far beyond what I expected from a free evaluation. What stood out to me throughout the entire experience was that I never felt like Tyrone was simply trying to sell me a service. He seemed genuinely interested in finding the problem, explaining what was happening, and helping me determine the best way to address it. That kind of professionalism and customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find. From the initial weekend email response, to the inspection, attic and roof investigation, thermal imaging, photographs, videos, and detailed reports afterward, Tyrone and Res-Pro exceeded my expectations at every step. If you are dealing with a water leak, moisture intrusion, or restoration issue and want someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, I would highly recommend Tyrone Dias and Res-Pro Restoration Services. I highly recommend Tayrones Mirrigation Company for the excellent work they performed at my home after a bathroom leak and mold issue. Their team handled the demolition process with great professionalism, care, and organization from start to finish. They properly isolated the room, floors, and stairs to protect the rest of my home during the work. The attention to cleanliness was outstanding — even during the demolition, my house remained extremely clean and organized. Honestly, it barely felt like we had a demolition project happening inside the home. The quality of their work, respect for my property, and professional attitude truly stood out. Tyrone and his staff were amazing. They were here quickly, mitigated the problems submitted all the insurance stuff for us and had us back up and running within a weeks time. The job that they did was amazing. You wouldn’t know that anything had happened or that we had any water damage after they were finished and again they had us up and running again within about a week. I would recommend them to anybody if you want quality and good service and great customer service This is the company. He answered my phone calls every time I called made sure I knew everything what was going on through the process. He made it easy and non-stressful for us job well done.
